The Travel Five: Playa del Carmen
I vowed on this vacation to pack less makeup! Here’s my problem, I think too much: what look do I want to do? Natural? Smokey? Sexy? And with what outfit? Next thing I know, my beauty luggage (yes, I have a separate luggage for my beauty products) is full to the brim. So I dared myself to cut it in half this trip. And I did with the Bobbi Brown’s ‘Everything Eyes’ palette - a Nordstrom exclusive! 3 different looks, and four eyeshadow brushes to help create the natural, smokey or party look. Instructions included for those of us who are not makeup artists. Very compact you could toss into your purse - it’s my new travel essential!
My in flight must have is Kiehl's In Flight facial mist , it helps replace the moisture that the airplanes suck right out of your skin, and it's FAA approved!
What did I toss into my beach bag every day? Sun Bum spray sunscreen and my trendy Quay sunglasses. Sun Bum became a new fave of mine last summer because of it’s sheer, non-oily sunscreen that is also hypoallergenic. And I love Quay Australia eyewear! Fun, trendy, 100% UV protection, great quality, and if you lose them you’re wallet isn’t hating you and you can go to sleep at night.
Finally Jergen's Natural Glow gives me that instant glow I need and subtle color as time progresses. Love!
