Getting Glam

There is nothing more fun than getting all dressed up and feeling like a princess in a gorgeous gown! For the Interfaith of The Woodlands Celebration of Excellence Gala, I chose this beautiful gown by Cinq a Sept. Everything about this dress caught my eye. The embroidery, the way the sleeves hung off the shoulder and the beautiful tulle.

I decided to pull the red and the blue from the embroidery and accent those two colors in my shoes and earrings. Although the shoes were mostly hidden from sight, every once in a while they would peek out when I walked. These shoes were a STEAL at $25 purchased years ago on some random website. Sorry I wish I could remember! These blue earrings by Bauble Bar were so fun the way they dangled and shimmered in this stunning blue color!

My makeup artist, Kaitlyn Cantu (you need to follow her!), decided to go a little bolder with my lip and chose a purple hue. It was something different and fun to try!
